I’ve seen Cathy for a couple of months now for deep tissue massage and it has been a great benefit to my health and recovery from work and play.  Her space is so quiet and relaxing and I appreciate the use of quality oils, comfortable table (zzzzz), and the accompanying soothing sounds. Cancellation

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Ayurvedic Massage

Ayurvedic massage was developed in India. This type of massage utilizes warm organic oil, and is poured over the body. The oil is worked into the muscles by using longer, relaxing strokes and can also be combined with deep tissue massage treatments. Ayurvedic massage is excellent for grounding and can dramatically improve sleep quality. It can also provide significant skin hydration which can be very helpful to those living in this beautiful mountain environment.

After each session, the room is sterilized using non-toxic, anti-bacterial and anti-microbial products. In order to best serve our chemically sensitive clients, we ask that you abstain from using any scented products such as perfumes, oils, creams and lotions.
